Code Enforcement
Certificate of Smoke Alarm, Carbon Monoxide Alarm, and Secondary Power Source Identification Label Compliance (CSACMASPSIL) are provided through the Milford Borough Office of Fire Prevention.
Recreational and agricultural burn permits are provided by the New Jersey Forest Fire Service. Recreational permits are free of charge.
Milford Borough follows the New Jersey Uniformed Fire Code 2018 ed. and is supported by other local ordinances.
